As I mentioned in About Me. I survived a 3-year ITIL implementation at a large healthcare/employee services company. I was involved in implementation plans and budget management for a number of different disciplines. I can act as an adviser or give an overview of what to expect – what went right and what went not so right.
Conference Speaker
I have spoken at a number of conferences on IT best practice subjects. My current presentations are focused on improving communication between IT and business departments, especially in communicating needs and results. Common vocabulary and expressing IT results in business terms are just two topics discussed to provide ideas on how an organization can better understand their IT department’s results and challenges.
